ReplyDeletefor question 2 it is ambiguous. if the executive management & sponsor have already determined that a project is to be closed. I don't see why we should then determine under which condition to close that project.
ReplyDeleteon the other hand if you had asked when does it make sense to close a project without "saying anything that decision has already been made by upper echelon" , then your question makes sense
for the comment from "pmp certifications requirement" entry, your question 5 is ambiguous too? when you say do and follow ? you can do "define scope" if you are in planning phase but you can follow "a scope statement" once you have gone past "define scope' process.
